SCROLLSCRIPTURE SUPPORT
How can we help?
Quick answers for reading, notifications, accounts, and sharing—plus a direct way to reach us when something does not feel right.
Reading and journeys
The Scroll tab combines the current journey with the newest daily posts. Tap a journey card to collapse or expand it, and open Context for the complete passage and reflection.
Notifications
Notifications are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings at any time. Delivery timing is controlled by iOS and may vary. Tapping a post alert should open the referenced post.
Accounts and syncing
An account is only needed to sync likes and saved posts. Reading and notifications remain available without signing in.
Sharing
Use the share action on a post to create a shareable image and link. The destination app controls its own posting and privacy options.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Try these first
I am not receiving notifications.
Open iOS Settings → Notifications → ScrollScripture and allow notifications. Confirm that Focus mode and Scheduled Summary are not delaying alerts, then reopen ScrollScripture so the device registration can refresh.
A notification opens the app but not its post.
Make sure you have the latest App Store version and an internet connection. If the referenced post was withdrawn, ScrollScripture intentionally returns to the main feed. Otherwise, email us with the notification title and approximate time received.
The newest post is not showing first.
Active journey posts are shown first. Collapse the journey card to move directly to the newest daily posts, or reopen the app to refresh the feed.
How do I delete my account?
In the iOS app, open Account and choose Delete Account. For details about what is removed, or if you cannot sign in, see the account deletion page.
Why did my likes or saved posts disappear?
Confirm you are signed in with the same email address and that the app is online. Likes and saved posts are attached to the signed-in account; signing out does not delete them.
How do I report a Scripture, attribution, or content concern?
Email support@scrollscripture.life with the post title, Bible reference, language, and a description of the concern. We review Scripture and rights-related reports carefully.
